What do I need to provide to get started?
Two things: a CSV export of your past customers (name, phone number, email) and access to your Google Business Profile. If you don't have a Google Business Profile set up yet, we can help with that separately. That's it — we handle everything else, including the setup call to make sure everything's connected properly.
How does the 10-day free trial work?
We take your card details at signup so there's no interruption when the trial ends, but you won't be charged for 10 days. We launch your reactivation campaign immediately — most clients see their first new reviews within 24–72 hours. If you're not happy for any reason, cancel before day 10 and you won't be charged.
What does the reactivation campaign involve?
We take your past customer list and drip personalised review requests out over 4–6 weeks. Dripping gradually looks natural to Google and protects your profile. Based on typical conversion rates, a list of 200 past customers generates around 20–30 new reviews. The "10 reviews in your trial" promise is based on lists of 100 or more customers.
Will my regular clients get spammed?
No. We build in a 30-day cooling-off period between requests to the same customer. If Sally comes in every month and never leaves a review, she'll get a gentle reminder — but not every week. Once someone has left a review, we stop messaging them entirely.
Can you stop negative reviews from appearing?
No — and anyone who says they can is taking a risk with your Google Business Profile. Filtering reviews violates Google's policies and can get your profile permanently removed. What we do instead is make sure your happy customers are asked at the right moment, so your positive reviews significantly outweigh the occasional negative one.
Is there a contract?
No contract. You can cancel any time directly with us. Annual plans are paid upfront as 10 monthly equivalent payments (2 months free), but if something changes we'll work something out — we're not here to trap anyone.
